Adoption Application

Use this quick and easy e-mail form to apply for adoption of a Lab!  Just fill in the fields and click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page to e-mail the form to us!  You will then be contacted by LRRNT
(note: $250 Adoption Fee required).

LRRNT DOES NOT PLACE OUR DOGS IN HOMES WHERE UNALTERED (not spayed or neutered) PETS RESIDE.  DOGS MUST BE ADOPTED AS INSIDE CANINE COMPANIONS ONLY.  WE ACCEPT NO OUTSIDE DOG APPLICATIONS.  ADOPTERS MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD.

Dogs placed into the LRRNT program are current on all shots, have been given fecal exams for parasites and tested for heartworms. Dogs testing positive are fully treated prior to release for adoption. All dogs are on heartworm preventative medication. All dogs are spayed or neutered. If due to age or health reasons this procedure has not been performed, it will be scheduled as soon as possible. Anyone adopting a dog that has not been spayed or neutered due to age or health reasons will be required to sign a contract requiring such procedure to be performed as soon as possible. There will be a fifty dollar refundable spay/neuter deposit required on all such adoptions.
